- Strong interest in promoting Christian values in today's society.
- Moral, emotional, and psychological maturity.
- A self-supporting profession or occupation.
- Freedom to live the SIM way of life (attendance at the basic SIM gatherings).
- Good health and at least 21 years of age: applicants will be considered through midlife.
